Alex has spent his professional career acting as a Real Estate Agent, Investor and Property Manager, beginning his career at the early age of 20 years old. He has since sold and managed nearly a quarter of a billion dollars worth of real estate, eventually founding his very own Property Management Firm based out of Montreal, Canada in 2019.

Founder / Chief Operating Officer
Over the last decade, Mario has engulfed himself within a career of construction project management. Regardless of which part of the world you come from, you've probably heard of at least one high-profile real estate project that he has worked on. His experience can be traced back to some of the most renowned properties in NYC. His experience also touches Asia and Europe. Mario has contributed towards projects having a total asset value of more than one billion dollars.

Who can mint a Membership Pass NFT?
Anyone who pays the mint price + gas fees can mint a Membership Pass NFT. You must be 21 years or older to participate within the Crypto Clubhouses ecosystem.
When will I be allowed to stay at the Clubhouse?
Every Membership Pass NFT will have a specific arrival and departure date built in. You will have to check the “NFT traits” to understand the details of your stay.
How will I get to the Clubhouse?
Every Membership Pass NFT holder will be in responsible for ensuring their own arrival to the Crypto Clubhouses.
When will my Membership Pass NFT expire?
In theory, your Membership Pass NFT should never expire, however please familiarize yourself with our whitepaper and our full terms of service.
Can I bring a companion with me?
Yes. Each Membership Pass NFT holder is allowed to bring up to one (1) companion with them since each private room is built for two.
